Garneau School offers Kindergarten to Grade 6 programming through a deep inquiry and project based approach to learning in which students conduct research, develop meaningful relationships as members of a learning community and choose how to show what they’ve learned using various materials. We have a strong focus on Literacy and Numeracy using tenets of the Balanced Literacy program to support our Literacy instruction. French As a Second Language is offered to students in Grades 4 to 6. Parents value our family atmosphere, quality education, cultural diversity and collaborative approach to learning. Two long-standing lease groups provide out-of-school care and daycare for many families.
