Welcome to John A. McDougall School
John A. McDougall provides a respectful, safe, caring environment and opportunities that encourage lifelong learning. We focus on literacy and numeracy through K-6 Balanced Literacy, Reading Recovery, Leveled Literacy Intervention, Middle Years Literacy Intervention and 6+1 Writing Traits. Full-day Kindergarten is provided, and we have a half-day Pre-Kindergarten program, character education and French as a Second Language.
